book review

          WONDER by R.J Palacio.

Wonder is about a facially deformed boy named August Who has trouble fitting in with other children because of his appearance. August has been home schooled for all his life until the time comes for him to go to middle school. The Principal (Mr Tushman) Set some people to help him get through until he settles in he has set Jack, Julian and Charlotte to help him, but do they all have the same gifts of kindness?

The meaning of this book is to show that there is more to a person than their appearance. I thought this was a great message. I also liked that it was written in different voices so that you could know what the different characters thought of August. It was a great book.

Here is my book review.
