This week we had to research a natural phenomenon for writing. I chose the to research the green flash. Here is what I have discovered. I have not seen the green flash but my parents have.

I think that the green flash is really cool and I hope to see one in person one day. Have you seen one before?

I really enjoyed how you added in images to hook the reader in with pictures. I think that your title was very good as well.

I think that to improve this amazing blog post you could add in some more detail about the picture or create you own. Another good way to improve on this is to try and add in what you learnt, how you found out, why your doing this etc.

  2. Hola Honor.
I really liked how you have added in some photos to go with your description. I have never heard of or seen the green flash before. We had to choose a natural phenomenon too for our myth writing (I chose the Southern Lights/Aurora Australias).
Where did your parents see the green flash? What parts of the world can it be seen?

  3. Kia Ora Honor,

What I enjoyed from your amazing blog post was, the way you displayed it with the pictures you added make it very amusing to read.

How was your parents experience with the green flash? Do you know who discovered the green flash? How would you feel about it?

If I encountered a green flash, I would firstly admire it for its interesting appearance.

Things you could add! Questions to the fellow readers about the green flash, more factual information would be more awesome! Maybe you could try splitting up your paragraph to make your writing more clear and open?

    Yours truly

  4. Hi Honor! My name is Mia from Yaldhurst Model School. I really like you post and I can also see the a lot of other people do to. I like this post because it was interesting with the pictures. I also like the way that you added why you had to do this.

Isn't it really cool how this phenomenon happens and I think that it's really cool that your parents have seen it before since it is so rare.

To improve your post I would love for you to tell us about how many times it happens, where it usually happens and things like how to take a good photo of it or something on those lines. What are your thoughts on the green flash?

    Awesome post!
    Mia
